StoneCreek Properties (SCP) is a commercial real estate investment firm that acquires and develops income producing properties with offices in Chicago, Kansas City and Austin.  We employ a range of investment strategies from Core + to Value-Add to Opportunistic with an approach that focuses on maximizing the long-term return based on the risk profile.  Additionally, cost effective and proactive management will enhance the revenue and hence the value. Our executive management team has over 50 years of commercial real estate investment, acquisition, development and leasing experience.  We bring a breadth of experience from all facets of the real estate business which will be applied on all investments.

The Principals have a very successful track record acquiring, developing and repositioning properties.  StoneCreek’s market knowledge, contacts, and local presence in our markets provides a strategic advantage in acquiring and managing the more complex Value Added and Opportunistic properties.
StoneCreek will manage the assets we acquire as we feel that it is far better to self manage because we have a vested interest in the properties.  We understand that it is our tenants that ultimately drive value and as such we are totally focused on servicing them.
